TRADITIONAL CHINESE BREADS (VEGAN STYLE)
Learning to make traditional Chinese snacks in healthy vegetarian way can be both challenging and fun. Usually, ingredients such as
lard, MSG, meat, refined salt & sugar and white flour are used extensively in most traditional snacks. Thus, vegetarian and health
conscious people may some how given very limited selections in the vast varieties of Chinese snacks. The snacks presented in these
series of workshops can be uncommon to most Singaporean, therefore, making it more fascinating to explore.

In these series of workshops, participants will learn to use the alternative ingredients to recreate the tradition in a much healthy way.
Hands-on training provided.

Claims: Strictly Vegan. No transfat/shortening, MSG, refined salt & sugar.

Please note: Most dishes contain spring onion, leek, shallot, onion and chive (5 pungent plants). Participant may requests for
alternatives during registration.
