vitamins!  Sprouts can helps in cancer, diabetic, asthma, constipation, heart attack, stomach ulcer, high blood

In this “Sprouting Made Very Easy” workshop, you will learn to sprout using water.  Using water sprouting
method is very hygiene and safe, without soil, without pesticides and any chemicals, so you can make our
environment become more clean and healthy!
